Saint Timothy Catholic Church

2020 Parish Financial Report

My Dear Friends,

We are pleased to provide you with our financial report for the year, ending June 30, 2020. Please find the full financial report here. If you should have any questions regarding this report, please contact our parish Business Manager, Francisco de Brey, by emailing fdebrey@sttimothyparish.org.

Due to the COVID pandemic, our church and school faced unique financial challenges this year.  We experienced a 7% decrease ($180,000) in our offertory collections.  In addition, many of our critical school fundraising events were cancelled, as well as other school revenue sources. We were fortunate enough to receive a loan from the SBA Payroll Protection Program, and are hopeful that this loan will be fully forgiven during this current year – this income would be reflected in next years’ financial report.

We are very encouraged and profoundly grateful by the number of parishioners who have responded so generously during these difficult times.  In our current fiscal year, we will continue to face the ongoing trials brought about by the pandemic, and we will continue to do our best to work through them.  As a parish we rely on one another’s generosity to make the good works and ministries of St. Timothy achievable.  It is our hope and prayer that each of you might re-examine your level of financial commitment, and if at all possible, consider increasing your donations.  With deepest gratitude, we thank you for your ongoing support and commitment to our beautiful parish.

Let us pray for one another, our nation, and our world.

In Christ,

Rev. David P. Meng
