Natural Family Planning

One of the languages the human body “speaks” is the language of love, spoken in a unique way by the sexual powers. We can understand this language by observing, recording and interpreting the bodily signs of human fertility. Natural Family Planning means using this fertility awareness to make decisions about parenthood.

The Sympto-Thermal Method, taught by the Couple to Couple League, is a modern, highly effective method which promotes life and contributes to healthy marriages. NFP Information and Class Schedules

Support

Marriage Encounter

The Worldwide Marriage Encounter Weekend offers married couples an opportunity to learn a technique of loving communication that they can use for the rest of their lives. It is a chance to look deeply into their relationship with each other and with God. It is a time to share their feelings, hopes and dreams with each other.

Teams of Our Lady

A team is a group of five to seven couples that join together to find support in their efforts to lead Gospel lives.  The couples meet monthly in each other’s homes for a simple meal and, in a spirit of friendship, share their experiences of the previous month.  After dinner, the mood becomes spiritual as the team reflects on scripture and prays.  Finally, they discuss study material on married life and faith. The team meeting is truly a unique gathering – lively and enjoyable, yet structured and meaningful.
