Holy Orders

“Holy Orders is the sacrament through which the mission entrusted by Christ to his apostles continues to be exercised in the Church until the end of time: thus it is the sacrament of apostolic ministry. It includes three degrees: episcopate, presbyterate, and diaconate.” Catechism of the Catholic Church 1536

In the past few years we have been very blessed to have had several vocations from our parish.  Father Thomas Yehl was ordained to the priesthood on June 9, 2012 and celebrated his first Mass at St. Timothy the following day.  Earlier in the year, Jim Hepler was ordained to the permanent deaconate.  Father Luke Dundon was ordained to the priesthood on June 11, 2011 and celebrated his first Mass in the parish on the 12th. In the fall of 2013, parishioner Daniel Rice began College Seminary at the Pontifical College Josephinum for the Diocese of Arlington.

Future Priest

Our very own Fr. Farrell the day he began his priestly discernment.
