Eucharistic Chapel of Divine Mercy

Eucharistic Adoration Chapel Hours:
Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Saturday from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM

40 Hours of Eucharistic Adoration

Begins at 7am, Friday, August 13th through 11pm, Saturday, August 14th.

40 Hours Devotion

  • Was introduced in Rome by St. Philip Neri in honor of the time Our Lord spent in the tomb.
  • When visiting the Blessed Sacrament during 40 Hours Devotion, we are asked to recite a sequence of Our Fathers, Hail Mary and Glory Be 5 times for the intentions of the Holy Father. If one does this after having gone to Confession and received Communion, one receives a plenary indulgence (under the usual conditions).
  • St. Timothy Parish will have 40 Hours Devotion in honor of the feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Mother.
  • It is always a fruitful time of prayer for our parish. Please be a part of this special time of adoration in honor of Our Blessed Mother.

    It is indeed a privilege to have the Eucharistic Adoration available to us. We need a minimum of two people for each hour, and additional Adorers are needed to ensure that the Blessed Sacrament is never left alone.
